Meet the founder of Kale Health! Kourtney is a functional nutritionist and former chronic illness patient. After struggling with chronic PCOS symptoms and autoimmunity, Kourtney discovered relief through functional nutrition and nervous system regulation. She’s passionate about the healing journey and helping others access the support they need so they can turn around and help others. She’s passionate about women’s health, initiatives that support women who have experienced trauma and abuse, and paving affordable paths in the wellness space.

Dr. Jess Springhetti

Dr. Jess Springhetti is a licensed Naturopathic Physician with a passionate commitment to all aspects of women’s health. A graduate of Sonoran University of Health Sciences, she believes that naturopathic medicine offers invaluable resources for women seeking to take charge of their well-being. With a special interest in the mind-skin-gut connection, she focuses on supporting women with dermatological and all hormone-related concerns. Having witnessed many women endure debilitating health issues that are often minimized or overlooked, Dr. Jess is dedicated to ensuring you feel heard and well-supported on your healthcare journey. Her practice style is rooted in a “patient-centered” approach, supporting you as a whole person—mind, body, and spirit.

Dr. Julianna Mann

Dr. Julianna Mann is a licensed Naturopathic Physician specializing in care from the preconception period through pediatrics. She earned her doctorate in naturopathic medicine from Sonoran University of Health Sciences, building on a background in cell and molecular biology and experience as a research technician at a leading children’s hospital. Committed to patient-centered care, Dr. Mann leverages her research background and expertise in natural therapeutics to implement evidence-based approaches for treating common ailments and preventing chronic diseases. Her focus is on unexplained infertility and optimizing epigenetic and health outcomes for children through strategic preventive care during childhood. She firmly believes that by taking proactive steps today, we can pave the way for a brighter, healthier future for our children.

Dr. Maggie Pilat Rzeszuto

Dr. Maggie is a licensed Naturopathic Physician specializing in integrative wellness through evidence-based medicine, offering personalized, holistic care. Her expertise includes preventative healthcare, nutritional and functional medicine, hormone therapy, and dietary counseling. She supports women’s health conditions, nutrient deficiencies, gastrointestinal disorders, endocrine and metabolic disorders, hormonal imbalances, autoimmune conditions, chronic disease, fatigue, and allergies/sensitivities. Dr. Maggie earned her Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from National University of Health Sciences and holds Bachelor’s degrees in Biology and Psychology from Loyola University Chicago. With nearly a decade of clinical experience, she is dedicated to individualized patient care. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, outdoor activities, and spending time with her husband, their two daughters, and their dog.

Dr. Todd Born

Dr. Born is a Naturopathic Physician and certified nutrition specialist. He is a medical wellness advisor for the International Medical Wellness Association, a key opinion leader for Augurex Life Sciences Corp, and an expert consultant to the dietary supplement industry both domestically and internationally.
He graduated from Bastyr University in Seattle, WA in 2010 and completed his residency at the Bastyr Center for Natural Health, with rotations at Evergreen and Harborview Medical Centers’ Emergency Medicine Departments, Virginia Mason Hospital’s department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Spine Clinic, and Swedish Hospital Integrative Family Medicine.
Dr. Born has been published extensively, appeared on multiple news and national radio shows, and lectured for the National Psoriasis Foundation and National Arthritis Foundation. He speaks at medical conferences across the country and internationally. Dr. Born focuses on using integrative medicine to treat families of all ages with complex chronic diseases, especially difficult and challenging cases. He sees patients all over the US and globally.

Dr. Sahar Naghibi

Dr. Sahar Naghibi is a licensed Naturopathic Physician who received her doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University. She specializes in working with individuals experiencing complex and chronic conditions—such as autoimmune disorders, digestive issues, long COVID, mold exposure, brain fog and persistent symptoms that haven’t resolved through conventional care. Her approach is rooted in the philosophy that the body has an innate ability to heal—once we identify and remove what’s standing in the way. Whether it’s a food intolerance, a hidden toxin, or an unresolved stressor, her goal is to uncover the root cause and help restore the body’s natural balance. Dr. Sahar takes the time to understand your comprehensive health picture from a holistic perspective—exploring the genetic, nutritional, environmental, and emotional factors that may be contributing to the current state of imbalance.

Sarah Boehm (MS, RDN) is a dedicated practitioner with a Master’s in Nutrition & Dietetics from Drexel University, a background in nutrition immunology research, and years of health coaching and clinical experience. Sarah combines her passions for science, holistic practices, and functional nutrition to provide personalized care. She understands that every person’s health journey is unique and meets you where you are to develop sustainable solutions. Drawing from both expertise and personal experience with chronic gut issues, hormone imbalances, and nervous system dysregulation, Sarah partners with clients to help them tune into their bodies, develop an integrative approach, and navigate their health journeys with clarity and confidence—working together to foster lasting wellness.
